Central Coast Mariners vs Adelaide United – A-League Game
G’day Sports Fans! For something a bit different, I headed out to Central Coast Stadium for some Hyundai A-League action. This weekend it was the Central Coast Mariners taking on the 2nd placed Adelaide United.
I’ll kick this blog post off by saying I’m not an A-League accredited photographer. Today I was just a fan sitting in the stands, but I still took a (non-professional) camera out to the game and snapped a couple of shots that I’m happy with. Unfortunately it wasn’t a massive crowd, the almost 40 degree heat and then late storm seemed to deter plenty of people making out to the ground. However those who did make it out to the ground got to see a great game, even if the result didn’t go in favour of the Mariners.
Since I’m not an A-League photographer, I wont go into a heap of detail about the shots, but I put together a collection of my favourite photos from the day as a bit of a showcase of the great game and add some sporting variety to my collection of photos here.
I don’t have many events left for the year. Actually at this stage it’s just the V8 Supercars Sydney 500 in a couple of weeks. However these things are always changing so make sure you keep an eye on my social media – Twitter, Facebook or Google+ to keep up to date on all the latest news and events remaining in 2014 and the big plans for 2015.
If you’d like me to cover a sporting event for you, make sure you get in touch with me via my Contact Me page. I’d really like to get out and cover more sporting events especially during the summer break. Maybe a bit of Cricket or Surfing might be on order?
